The right panel presents the denomination in two circular cartouches reading '60' at upper left and right with 'HELER' between them, surmounted by the issuer inscription in bold letterpress and terminating in a geometric interlace border at the foot. The overall composition reflects the characteristic Notgeld aesthetic of the early 1920s, combining regional pictorial imagery with functional typographic layout. |

Two facsimile signatures appear at the foot alongside their official titles, followed by an anti-counterfeiting warning in capital letters. The designer and printer attributions are inscribed in small type along the lower margin. |
