The central panel carries the municipal guarantee text in German, dated 30 April 1920 and 30 May 1920, with the issuer name 'PICHL BEI WINDISCHGARSTEN' in large capitals at centre; below appear the facsimile signatures of the municipal committee member and the mayor, flanked by vertical repeat panels bearing the issuer's name.
