| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in dark brown on a cream ground covered with a fine wavy-line guilloche underprint. To the left, an elaborate calligraphic monogram in Fraktur script forms the principal decorative vignette. The denomination 'Sechzig Heller' is set in large ornate Gothic lettering across the upper field, beneath which the text of the guarantee clause names the Gemeinde Kössen in Tirol as guarantor up to 31 December 1920. At the foot, three manuscript facsimile signatures appear under the titles of Gemeinderat, Vizebürgermeister, and Bürgermeister, with the note '2. Auflage' (second issue) at lower left. |
