| Beschrijving voorzijde | Central vignette of the parish church of Weissenkirchen rendered in fine black line engraving, set against a white ground and flanked on either side by vertical blue panels bearing large decorative grapevine branches with clusters of golden grapes and leaves, a motif reflecting the renowned viticulture of the Wachau region. The denomination '60' appears in red oval cartouches at the upper left and upper right corners, with 'Heller' inscribed below each. A horizontal border at the top carries the issuing authority legend in Gothic script, while 'Weissenkirchen in der Wachau' is rendered in large bold Gothic lettering along the lower border. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | Plain unprinted ground bearing fully typeset text in German Kurrent-influenced Gothic script, setting out the legal and financial terms of issue. The issuer's name appears in large display type near the top, followed by paragraphs stating the total issue amount of 64,000 Kronen, the interest-free nature of the notes, the acceptance and redemption period up to 30 November 1920, and a counterfeiting warning. A further paragraph affirms the municipality's liability with its entire movable and immovable assets, followed by the place and date of issue. Three manuscript signatures appear at the foot, attributed to the Mayor (Der Bürgermeister), the Vice-Mayor (Der Vizebürgermeister), and the Municipal Councillor (Der Gemeinderat). |

| Opmerkingen |
Austrian Notgeld of the early 1920s tends to blur together, but Weissenkirchen in der Wachau produced some of the more visually deliberate issues from the Wachau region, where municipal authorities leaned heavily on local cultural identity to encourage note retention over redemption — a known strategy among Notgeld issuers seeking to offset printing costs through collector demand. The 60 Heller denomination sits in the middle of the series, suggesting a multi-value issue rather than a single emergency denomination.
By 1920, Austrian hyperinflationary pressure was already making small Heller notes economically marginal almost immediately after issue.
