| 备注 |
The 60 Gulden denomination is a peculiar one by any standard — not a round number, not a conventional unit. It was issued as part of Austria's emergency financial response to the revolutions of 1848, when the Habsburg state was simultaneously fighting insurgencies in Hungary, Italy, and Bohemia while hemorrhaging silver from the treasury. Paper money flooded the market out of sheer necessity.
The k.k. Staats-Central-Cassa series of 1849 is among the more obscure Austrian emission runs, with the 60 Gulden sitting at an awkward value that likely reflects a specific debt-redemption calculation rather than commercial logic. Survivors in any condition are uncommon.
