| Obverse description | Central field features the Portuguese royal arms: an oval escutcheon bearing five bezants arranged in quincunx, enclosed within a rounded shield, all surmounted by a crown above. The design is rendered in a crude hammered style characteristic of the Goa colonial mint, with the escutcheon occupying the majority of the coin's field. |

| Reverse description | The numeral '6' displayed prominently in the upper field, with an ornamental flourish or scroll below, forming a stylised denomination mark. The reverse is otherwise unadorned, with a plain field typical of the hammered copper coinage struck at the Goa mint during the regency of Prince João. |
