Reverse description Large Roman numeral VI occupying the central field within a beaded inner circle, denoting the face value of six Pfennig. The date 1582 appears at the top of the ornamented outer margin. A superimposed lily countermark incorporating the letters BS is struck over the lower portion of the central numeral, indicating a later validation or revaluation. Elaborate foliate scrollwork decorates the right side of the margin.
