Reverse description A crowned heraldic shield bearing the arms of Norway (a lion rampant holding an axe) is centrally placed, flanked on either side by the denomination expressed as '6 M.' The date is divided in two halves below the shield, separated by a small heart-shaped mintmark — the privy mark of the Copenhagen Mint. The overall composition is symmetrical and heraldic in character, consistent with Danish coinage of the period.
