Reverse description A standing figure of the 'Wild Man' (Wilder Mann), the traditional heraldic supporter of Brunswick, depicted facing left in three-quarter view, his body covered in foliage, grasping an uprooted pine tree with both hands and resting it over his left shoulder. He stands on a ground strewn with spear-like plants. The numeral '6' appears in the lower left field. The legend 'CONSTANTER' arches above in the upper portion of the coin, reflecting the ducal motto meaning 'Steadfastly.'
