| Obverse description | Brown vertical-format note printed in a single colour throughout. The central vignette, set within a circular guilloche frame, presents a traditional Chinese tea house with arched bridge reflected over water, surrounded by pine trees. The issuer's name 河北銀錢局 appears at the top in a rectangular panel above a red serial number, with the denomination 陸枚 repeated in large characters at the lower corners and two red seal stamps flanking the foot of the design; the printer's imprint 北京印刷局 is set at the very base. |

| Reverse description | Brown vertical-format reverse printed in the same single colour as the obverse. An intricate guilloche underprint fills the field, with a central floral medallion bearing the large Chinese characters 銅元陸枚 (Six Copper Coins) arranged vertically. The numeral 6 appears in bold type at both lateral centres, repeated again in smaller form at all four corners within ornamental cartouches. The English legend SIX COPPER COINS is set in a plain panel at the lower centre. |
