The 5000 Vatu sits at the top of the circulating series, making it the note most likely to carry advanced security treatment while also being the least frequently handled in everyday transactions. P#19 represents the 2017 revision of the series, updated partly to address counterfeiting concerns that had affected earlier paper issues.
