| Obverse description | Horizontally oriented note with a predominantly uncoloured ground and a decorative guilloche border running the full perimeter. At left, a vertical ornamental panel carries the denomination '5000' in large numerals alongside French-language text reading 'Bon du Trésor de CINQ MILLE roubles'. The central field is occupied by several lines of Cyrillic text constituting the official treasury obligation text, with the denomination 'Рублей 5000' printed in red at upper right. Two manuscript signatures appear in the lower centre portion, attributable to the President of the Provisional Regional Government and the Director of the Finance Department, with a further manuscript countersignature at the foot; a handwritten serial number is present at lower left. |
