正面描述	Blue on yellow and multicolour underprint. Elaborate guilloche scrollwork frames the central denomination inscription «ПЯТЬ ТЫСЯЧ РУБЛЕЙ» in large Cyrillic lettering, surmounted by the full title of the Russian Socialist Federative Soviet Republic and the designation «РАСЧЕТНЫЙ ЗНАК». The numeral «5000 РУБЛЕЙ» is repeated in ornate cartouches at all four corners, with facsimile signatures of the People's Commissar of Finance and the Cashier in the lower central field.
