Four vignette panels arranged across the upper register contain animal motifs — goats, birds, chickens, and lions — flanking the left and right margins. A red overprint in starburst form reading 'D. PEDRO IV – 1826' with a royal crown is applied at centre, validating the reissue under King Pedro IV. |

Stamps are distributed across the full field and record successive renewal endorsements dating from 1802 through 1819, with visible month and day references including Outubro, Março, Novembro, Janeiro, Abril, and Novembro among others. A handwritten notation appears at lower right. |
