| Reverse description | Printed in violet-brown on plain paper, the reverse carries a central oval vignette with the heraldic lion of the County of Moers (Wappenlöwe der Grafschaft Moers) set against a finely engraved guilloche background, encircled by the inscription "Wappenlöwe der Grafschaft Moers". Four heraldic shield vignettes are placed in the corners, representing municipalities within the Kreis Moers. The issuer name "Kreis Moers" and denomination "Fünftausend Mark" are overprinted in large Gothic blackletter script across the centre, with a diamond-pattern border frame enclosing the entire design. |
