To the left, the large numeral "5000" is set against a field of yellow dot microprinting, above a central vignette of a hexagonal iridescent security element and radiating guilloche rosette framed by floral motifs. The issuer name "ČESKÁ NÁRODNÍ BANKA" and denomination "PĚT TISÍC KORUN ČESKÝCH" appear in bold letterpress, accompanied by the Governor's signature.
