Description du revers	Predominantly red overall, with an elaborate central guilloche rosette enclosing the numeral 5000 in white relief. The denomination numerals 5000 appear in the upper left and upper right corners. Below the central vignette, the state title REPUBLIKA ČESKOSLOVENSKÁ is inscribed in large lettering, with the denomination rendered in six languages — Czech, Slovak, Russian, German, Polish, and Hungarian — arranged in two rows across the lower portion of the note.
