(Translation: This banknote is issued in accordance with the law from the day 10th April 1919, number 187.sb: 7 and N, marks 5000 Czechoslovakian crowns, in Prague, the day 15th of April 1919, minister of finance, counterfeiting of the banknotes is punished by law)
Reverse description Predominantly red overall, with an elaborate central guilloche rosette enclosing the numeral 5000 in white relief. The denomination numerals 5000 appear in the upper left and upper right corners. Below the central vignette, the state title REPUBLIKA ČESKOSLOVENSKÁ is inscribed in large lettering, with the denomination rendered in six languages — Czech, Slovak, Russian, German, Polish, and Hungarian — arranged in two rows across the lower portion of the note.
