Beschrijving voorzijde	Green intaglio print over a multicolour guilloche underprint, with red serial numbers. A vignette of the Parliament House in Bujumbura occupies the right portion of the note, while the coat of arms of Burundi is placed at top centre. Security elements include a metallic ox-head foil patch at bottom centre and a see-through registration device at left, with text in both French and Kirundi.
