Obverse description	The central vignette presents an intaglio-rendered mountain gorilla (Gorilla beringei beringei) amid bamboo vegetation against a backdrop of the Virunga volcanic mountains, set within a pink and rose guilloche underprint. A small colour-shifting gorilla silhouette appears at the right as an optical security element, while an ornate oval guilloche watermark panel occupies the left field. The overall colour scheme continues the rose and pink tones of the obverse, with denomination numerals "5000" repeated at all four corners.
