Obverse description Central field features a detailed high-relief depiction of the ornate Neoclassical pulpit of the Deák Square Lutheran Church, rendered with architectural precision, flanked by decorative balustrades and surmounted by a Classical pediment with finials. The legend MAGYAR KÖZTÁRSASÁG arcs along the upper rim, with the commemorative dates 1811 and 2011 positioned at left and right of the central motif respectively. The denomination 5000 FORINT appears in large characters along the lower portion of the field. The mint mark BP. is incused at the base of the central design. The scalloped coin border frames the composition throughout.

Reverse description Central field presents a finely engraved three-quarter perspective view of the Deák Square Lutheran Church (Deák téri evangélikus templom) in Budapest, a Neoclassical structure featuring a pedimented portico, arched central doorway, pilastered façade, and a Latin cross surmounting the roofline. The legend DEÁK TÉRI EVANGÉLIKUS TEMPLOM curves along the upper rim in incuse lettering. The engraver's monogram SZE appears at the base of the field below the church. The smooth inner field surrounding the architectural motif contrasts with the scalloped outer border of the coin.
