| Obverse description | Central field depicts a full-length figure of a Busó reveller in traditional costume, wearing a horned mask with an expressive face and carrying a wooden rattle, rendered in high relief against a polished field. A smaller masked Busó figure appears to the left in the middle ground, emphasising the festive procession theme. The circular legend 'MAGYAR KÖZTÁRSASÁG' arcs along the upper periphery, while the denomination '5000 FORINT' is inscribed in large characters to the lower left. The date '2011' and mint mark 'BP.' appear below the denomination, with a thin horizontal line separating the main design from the lower inscription area. |

| Reverse description | Central field features a large, highly detailed relief of a traditional Busó carved wooden mask filling the majority of the coin's surface. The mask displays prominent curling ram's horns on either side, a feather ornament at the crown, deeply carved facial features including circular eyes, a broad nose, and a wide grinning mouth with teeth, all surrounded by stylised fur or hair framing. The incuse legend 'MOHÁCSI BUSÓJÁRÁS' is inscribed along the lower periphery in two arcing segments, referencing the UNESCO-recognised Busó Festivities of Mohács. |
