Reverse description A dynamic equestrian figure of a Kuruc (Hungarian insurgent) cavalryman is depicted in high relief, mounted on a rearing horse and facing left across the field. The rider brandishes an unsheathed sword in his raised right hand while sounding a long cavalry trumpet with his left, evoking the martial spirit of Rákóczi's War of Independence. The horse and rider are rendered in fine detail against a deeply polished mirror field, with rocky ground indicated in the exergue. To the right of the central device, the commemorative inscription is arranged in multiple lines, with the founding date '1703' prominently below. A small engraver's monogram appears at the base of the design.
