| Obverse description | The obverse features a stylized abstract design composed of multiple diagonal twisted rope or cable motifs traversing the field, evoking boxing ring ropes. The country name MAGYARORSZÁG arcs along the upper rim, with the denomination 5000 FORINT inscribed below in the upper field. Centrally between the rope elements appear the inscriptions 100 ÉVE SZÜLETETT and PAPP LÁSZLÓ, commemorating the centenary of the boxer's birth. The designer's initials VG appear to the right of the central legend, and the mint mark BP. along with the year 2026 are inscribed in the lower field. |
