Obverse description Draped bust of Ahmad Shah Qajar facing left, wearing a traditional Qajar karakul hat surmounted by an aigrette, depicted in high relief with finely detailed military dress collar. The Arabic date ۱۳۲۶ appears in the left field, and the engraver's initials 'A.M.' (for Alphonse Michaux) are inscribed at the base of the bust. The design is rendered in a European medallic style, reflecting the influence of Western engravers at the Qajar court. The coin is framed by a beaded inner border and a milled outer rim.
