| Reverse description | A finely modeled draped bust of Stanisław I Leszczyński, King of Poland, in left-facing profile, rendered in high relief in the Baroque portrait tradition. The subject wears a fur-trimmed royal mantle fastened with an ornate jeweled clasp, with elaborate drapery visible at the shoulder. His hair is styled in the flowing curled fashion of the early eighteenth century. The legend 'STANISLAUS I. LESZCZYNIUS.' arcs along the upper periphery of the field, and the engraver's signature 'I.I. REICHEL. F.' appears in small letters along the lower exergue. |
