Obverse description Typeset and letterpress-printed note with a blue decorative border composed of foliate and geometric guilloche ornaments framing the entire field. The title 'ASSYGNACYA' appears in bold letterpress at the top, with 'SKARBOWA' repeated at the foot; the central legend in calligraphic script reads 'Assygnacya Skarbowa', followed by the promise-to-pay text in Polish indicating that the General Treasury of the Kingdom of Poland will pay the bearer five hundred Złotych with six percent annual interest four months after issue. The denomination 'Złp: 500.' is set in a box at the upper right, with the series letter 'Lit: C.' and serial number in the upper centre; the vertical marginal inscriptions 'NA ZŁRP' and 'PIĘCSET' appear on the left and right respectively.

Reverse description Plain cream paper reverse printed entirely in letterpress, bearing a block of justification text at the top stating that the Assygnacye Skarbowe are secured on tax arrears and take priority over Land Credit Society debt under Sejm law. Below, a structured administrative receipt form provides ruled spaces for cashier issuance entries ('Wydana z Kassy', 'Wydatków Nr'), controller and collector attestation ('POBORCA', 'KONTROLLEROWIE'), a redemption accounting section with fields for capital and interest in Złp, and a final acknowledgement line ('Powyższą należność w dniu dzisieyszym odebrałem'). The obverse legends 'ASSYGNACYA' and 'SKARBOWA' show through in mirror image as a light underprint from the verso.
