The inscriptions 'Purevdorj SERDAMBA', 'Boxing', and 'Silver Medalist' appear in the lower central field in Latin characters, identifying the Mongolian Olympic silver medalist honored on the coin. Traditional Mongolian vertical script occupies the right portion of the field. Thông tin bổ sung

The "Serdamba" name on this issue refers to a traditional Mongolian ornamental motif rooted in Buddhist decorative arts, part of a broader series the Bank of Mongolia produced in the mid-to-late 2000s pairing national silver collectibles with cultural and natural heritage themes. Mongolia's commemorative coinage program expanded sharply after 2000, largely driven by export demand from the international numismatic market rather than domestic circulation needs.
