| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse displays the same round gold-plated field with a large cutout silhouette of a saker falcon in flight, mirroring the obverse design and forming the coin's distinctive shaped aperture. The legend 'MONGOLIAN NATURE 2015' is inscribed in Latin characters along the upper left arc of the field. The polished surface surrounding the cutout emphasizes the elegant, minimalist aesthetic of the reverse. No additional imagery or inscriptions appear in the field beyond the date and series legend. |

The saker falcon holds particular significance in Mongolian culture — it was the preferred hunting bird of Chinggis Khan's court and remains central to the nomadic falconry tradition that UNESCO added to its Intangible Cultural Heritage list in 2016. Mongolia has been an active participant in saker conservation efforts, as wild populations across the Central Asian steppe collapsed sharply in the 1990s due to illegal trapping for the Gulf falconry market.
