Obverse description Central field features the soyombo symbol — the national emblem of Mongolia — set within a circular cartouche, above which appears a cursive script rendition of 'Mongol Bank' in stylized lettering. Flanking the central device are Traditional Mongolian script inscriptions in the left and right fields. Below the central motif, the denomination '5000 TUGRIG' is boldly inscribed in large Latin characters, followed by the legend 'MONGOLIA · 1 OZ 999 SILVER' along the lower periphery. The coin is struck in proof quality with a deeply mirrored field and frosted devices. The outer edge is finely reeded.
