| Obverse description | Central field features the national emblem of Kazakhstan — a circular device depicting a shanyrak (the crown of a yurt) flanked by mythical winged horses (tulpars), surmounted by a five-pointed star, with the legend ҚАЗАҚСТАН inscribed on a ribbon below, all rendered against an ornate Kazakh arabesque panel.
