| Obverse description | The obverse features the State Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan displayed centrally in high relief within an ornate decorative border composed of traditional Kazakh floral and arabesque motifs. The emblem is rendered in a gilded-effect raised design at centre. A circular legend surrounds the decorative frame, reading in Cyrillic script 'ҚАЗАҚСТАН РЕСПУБЛИКАСЫ' and 'РЕСПУБЛИКА КАЗАХСТАН' on either side, separated by dot stops, denoting the state name in both Kazakh and Russian. The denomination '500 ТЕҢГЕ' appears prominently at the base of the coin in raised letters, flanked by the fineness and weight indication 'Ag 925 31,1g' incorporated into the upper legend. |

| Reverse description | The reverse depicts a richly detailed scene celebrating Kazakhstan's agricultural heritage. At centre, a traditionally dressed Kazakh woman stands in a harvested grain field, cradling a bundle of wheat in her arms; she is adorned with a traditional headdress and jewellery, rendered in finely detailed relief. Behind her, a rural village landscape with farm buildings recedes into the background. A large gilded sun occupies the upper left of the field, its warm golden selective gilding contrasting with the frosted silver surfaces of the figures and field. To the right, prominent stalks of ripe wheat ears are rendered in selective gilding, further emphasising the harvest theme.
