| Obverse description | The national coat of arms of the Republic of Kazakhstan occupies the central field, depicting two mythical horses (tulpars) flanking a shanyrak (the crown of a yurt) with sunrays radiating above, all within an ornate circular frame. The denomination '500' and 'TEŃGE' are inscribed in large characters at the bottom of the field, flanked by five-pointed stars. The legend 'QAZAQSTAN RESPÝBLIKASY' curves along the upper periphery in Latin script, with the fineness designation 'Ag 925' to the left and the weight '24g' to the right.
