Obverse description Facing effigy of Queen Elizabeth II occupies the left foreground, depicted with a pearl necklace and characteristic coiffure. To her right, in slightly smaller relief, appear the busts of Crown Prince Charles and Prince William, both facing forward in a layered compositional arrangement. Below the royal effigies, the Ghanaian national arms is displayed, superimposed over the denomination. The legend 'GHANA' arcs along the upper border, with '500 SIKA' inscribed below the arms, the whole surrounded by twelve stars arranged in a ring within the coin's field.
