| Obverse description | Central field features a stylised swastika-form geometric design divided into nine compartments, each containing an element of the royal titulary in Devanagari script: the honorific legend 'श्री श्री' at the top, the royal name 'वीरेन्द्र वीर विक्रम शाह देव' distributed across the inner panels, and the Bikram Sambat date '२०५४' at the base. A trident symbol occupies the central medallion, flanked by traditional Nepalese auspicious motifs including a sun, conch shell, lotus flower, and wheel positioned in the surrounding curved segments. The entire design is enclosed within a beaded border running along the coin's periphery. |
