Reverse description	Brown and orange symmetrical composition on a fine guilloche underprint of wave lines. A bold cross-shaped central vignette in dark brown and orange carries the numeral '500' at its centre, with 'PIECI SIMTI' above and 'LATVIJAS RUBĻU' below in serif lettering. Stylised scallop-shell ornaments are arranged at the four diagonal quadrants of the cross motif, and the numeral '500' is repeated in large outlined figures at the upper left and lower right corners.
