| Obverse description | Plain text-based design on cream paper with a large numeral '500' vignette printed vertically along the left margin. The central field carries Cyrillic text in letterpress stating the 5% short-term State Treasury obligation, with the payable amount of five hundred roubles inscribed in full. Two manuscript signature lines for the Director of the State Treasury Department and the Chief Accountant appear mid-field, followed by a serial number prefix A-X and issue date of 1 May 1919 at Omsk. |
