Obverse description Black print on blue underprint, based on the Imperial Russian State Treasury bond design of 1915. The centre bears the denomination ПЯТЬСОТ РУБЛЕЙ (500 Roubles) within an ornate guilloche panel, with the Imperial double-headed eagle in an oval vignette at the top. Elaborate foliate and floral arabesques frame the design on all sides, with the date 1915 and the interest rate 4% appearing in decorative cartouches at left and right. Three facsimile signature lines appear below the central denomination panel, accompanied by a serial number and a validity clause reading «Билетъ действителенъ по 1 Августа 1929 г.»

Reverse description Dense letterpress text in Russian within a fine guilloche border, setting out the full regulations (Положение) governing State Treasury bond series No. CDLXXII (472). The heading identifies the bond series and number, followed by ten numbered clauses covering term, income, payment conditions, and redemption procedures. Below the main text block, a bold line states that interest accrues from 1 August 1915, and the final line identifies the series in Cyrillic as СЕРІЯ CDLXXII (ЧЕТЫРЕСТА СЕМЬДЕСЯТ ВТОРАЯ). Denomination numerals 500 appear in guilloche cartouches at the upper corners.
