| Obverse description | Short-term obligation of the Siberian State Treasury, with a small double-headed eagle vignette at left within an ornate cartouche, and denomination '500' printed vertically at far left. The central text area carries a Cyrillic inscription stating the obligation to pay five hundred roubles at the State Bank of Siberia on 1 October 1919, with a due date noted at upper right and the denomination 'Руб. 500' in a guilloche panel. Three manuscript signatures of Treasury officials appear below the main text, with a serial number and place of issue (Omsk, 1 October 1918) at lower centre. |
