Descrizione del dritto	Blue intaglio print on light blue underprint, with an elaborate guilloche border enclosing floral and foliate ornaments in each corner. The Imperial double-headed eagle vignette is centred at the top within an oval cartouche flanked by laurel branches. The denomination ПЯТЬСОТ РУБЛЕЙ is set in a shaded panel at centre, above three manuscript signature lines for the Director, Bookkeeper, and Manager of the State Debt Redemption Commission. The year 1916 appears in two lateral cartouches, and the interest rate 4% is repeated in the lower corners.

The denomination 500 is printed in the upper corners, and the series title СЕРІЯ CDLXXV (ЧЕТЫРЕСТА СЕМЬДЕСЯТЪ ПЯТАЯ) appears along the lower margin. A final line records that interest accrues from 1 February 1916.
