Reverse description The reverse bears a handwritten redemption endorsement in Dutch script, recording that note No. 169 of the Probolingo credit paper was drawn in the 16th lottery on 26 July 1818 and redeemed for eighty guilders at the lands treasury in Semarang, dated 4 September 1818 and countersigned by an official. Two large red circular wax-impression stamps, each bearing the denomination '500' and an interlaced 'NL' monogram, are applied at upper left and upper right.
