| Obverse description | The state arms of the People's Republic of Kampuchea appear above a central vignette of Angkor Wat temple complex, rendered in fine intaglio line work against a multicolour guilloche underprint. An oval watermark panel occupies the left field, flanked by elaborate Khmer decorative scrollwork at the corners. The denomination is inscribed in Khmer script along the lower portion, with the date 1991 at bottom left and serial numbers printed in red at left and right. |
