Obverse description Central vignette of a winged deity figure in Assyrian style, flanked by guilloche borders; a sculpted head from the ruins of the Kingdom of Ugarit occupies the right portion of the note. Arabic inscriptions at top and centre identify the issuing authority and denomination, with the date 1377 / 1958 at lower left and two circular signature seals at centre.
