Reverse description Central intaglio vignette of the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela, its Baroque twin towers rising above the Plaza del Obradoiro, framed by two ornamental pillar motifs and an arched guilloche border at top. Symmetrical acanthus-scroll underprint panels fill the lateral fields, with the denomination numeral 500 and PESETAS at both left and right.
