Popis líce	A central oval vignette contains a standing armed soldier at centre, with a burning village at left and farmers harvesting at right, evoking the themes of resistance and agricultural life during the occupation. The denomination 500 appears in large numerals on both sides of the vignette, with a guilloche-patterned underprint in green and yellow tones throughout. Greek inscriptions appear at top, with two manuscript signatures and a date line below the vignette, and the printer's imprint at the bottom margin.

Popis rubu	The reverse is text-heavy, printed in green ink on a lightly patterned background with a wheat-ear border surround. A block of Greek text in the centre details the legislative authority and terms of the bond issue, including penalties for forgery. The denomination 500 appears in a dark panel at the bottom centre, with repeated '1944' and 'ΠΕΑ' markings along the left margin, and a violet official stamp visible at centre.
