Obverse description	Central vignette of the Thiên Mụ (Linh Mụ) Pagoda in Huế, rendered in intaglio with fine line engraving against a blue guilloche underprint. The denomination numeral 500 appears in large oval cartouches to the left and right of the central vignette, with the bank title inscription along the top margin and the denomination in Vietnamese across the lower portion. Two serial numbers in red are printed in the upper field flanking the central tower.
