Obverse description Left-facing portrait bust of President Saparmurat Niyazov, rendered in high relief against a mirror-polished field. The effigy depicts the president in civilian attire with a collared jacket, his hair styled back. The circular legend arcs around the upper and lower periphery of the coin, divided into two lines identifying his title and name.
