Obverse description Left-facing bust of President Saparmurat Niyazov, depicted in civilian attire with a suit and open collar, rendered in high relief against a polished field. The effigy is surrounded by a circular legend arching around the upper periphery, with the president's name appearing in the lower portion of the coin separated by two crossed olive branches. The overall design conveys an official portrait style consistent with commemorative coinage of the period.
