Obverse description Central field occupied by the elaborate tughra of Sultan Mehmed V, surmounted by a five-pointed star flanked by two smaller stars, all enclosed within a finely detailed olive and laurel wreath tied at the base with a ribbon. The regnal year appears below the tughra in Arabic numerals, accompanied by the denomination 500 and the word 'Reshat' to the right, serving as the sultan's epithet. The entire inscription is framed within a bold olive and laurel wreath, tied at the base with a decorative floral rosette bow. A single five-pointed star appears at the apex of the wreath, and a finely executed beaded border surrounds the entire design.
