Reverse description The central field displays a finely engraved frontal elevation of the Croatian Parliament building (Sabor) in Zagreb, a neoclassical structure with two projecting pavilions and a colonnaded central section. Above the building, flanking an ornate crowned Croatian heraldic emblem, are the commemorative dates 30.V. 1990. and 30.V. 2000., marking the tenth anniversary of the first multiparty session of the Croatian Sabor. The engraver's initials K K appear at the lower left and right of the building. Below the architectural vignette, the legend HRVATSKI DRŽAVNI SABOR is inscribed in three lines of bold Latin lettering across the lower field.
